Eggless Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup of Semolina Flour

  • 1 cup of warm water, more if needed

  • Pinch of Salt

  • All-purpose flour, as needed



Directions:

  1. Combine semonlina flour and salt

  2. Slowly incorporate water until the flour mixture sticks together. Create a frim dough, add more water if the dough seems dry.

  3. Knead dough for 10 minutes

  4. Let dough rest wrapped in saran wrap for another 10 minutes

  5. Proceed to roll out the dough until the desired thickness is reached

  6. Cut pasta into desired shape, heavily flouring to ensure the dough does not stick together.

  7. Boil a port of salted water

  8. Boil pasta for 2 minutes

  9. Enjoy as desired


Notes:

  • Cut pasta should be cooked immediately

  • Uncut pasta dough stores in the fridge for two days

  • Uncut pasta dough stores in the freezer for 1 month
